Your customer record is immediately permanently deleted.
CCTV recordings are made throughout the garden centre and customer, supplier & employee images wil be captured whilst on the premises. We do display signage in-store to let all visitors know they are being recorded. By entering the garden centre visitors are consenting to their image & their vehicle registration numbers to be captured.
Our CCTV system an their images produced by it are controlled by the owner / manager who are responsible for how the system is used.
We have considered the need for using CCTV and have decided it is required for the prevention and detection of crime and for the protecting the safety of customers. It will not be used for nay other purpose.
